- Doc is the second mini we got from the kill pen. Like Charlotte and Sisu, he needed his festering eye removed, so we picked him up and took him straight to Dr. Bunn's clinic who graciously performed the surgery on the spot. These days, Doc is living large, or so he thinks. Our plans for him include being a therapy horse who visits assisted living places and ... walking in the 4th of July parade. The photos show Doc on his freedom ride (in the backseat of the car) and cleaning up the aisle of the barn.
